Add full-screen wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a compatible Volvo while retaining the original 9-inch vertical touchscreen, factory controls and original Scandinavian interior design.
Navigation, music, calls, messages and supported smartphone functions are displayed across the original portrait screen. The factory Volvo menu remains available whenever vehicle settings or original multimedia functions are needed.
The module integrates with the original touchscreen, steering-wheel buttons, vehicle controller, parking sensors and compatible factory cameras, creating a practical upgrade without replacing the dashboard display.
Unlike the restricted display area used by some factory integrations, this module presents the smartphone interface across the full original 9-inch portrait screen.
Connect a compatible phone wirelessly through Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth or use the USB connection when a wired connection is preferred.
Apple CarPlay gives iPhone users a familiar interface for navigation, calls, messages, music and Siri voice control directly through the original Volvo touchscreen.
Wireless connection makes daily use convenient, allowing the phone to reconnect without being removed from a pocket or bag.
Android Auto provides convenient access to Google navigation, communication, music and Google Assistant through the original portrait display.
Wireless Android Auto is supported on compatible phones running Android 11 or newer. Older supported Android phones use the USB connection.
The tall 9-inch Volvo screen is one of the most distinctive parts of the interior. This module uses the available portrait display area for the CarPlay and Android Auto interface instead of limiting it to a small section of the screen.
The larger interface makes maps easier to follow and gives media, communication and navigation functions a cleaner presentation.
The original Volvo screen remains installed, so the dashboard retains its factory appearance.
Designed for listed 2017–2021 Volvo models equipped with the original 9-inch vertical touchscreen. The screen type must be confirmed before ordering.
The product is designed around the original portrait-style Volvo touchscreen. A different multimedia system or screen size may require a different integration module.
Check the complete screen, surrounding air vents and control panel before ordering. Model year alone is not always enough to confirm the installed multimedia system.
Operate the interface through the original touchscreen, steering-wheel buttons, vehicle controller and connected phone.
The original Volvo multimedia menu remains accessible whenever you need vehicle settings, climate functions or factory media sources.
Selecting reverse gear automatically returns the display to the original parking camera or parking-sensor information.
When the vehicle has original Bluetooth audio streaming and the module includes the required setting, CarPlay and Android Auto sound can use the factory Bluetooth channel instead of AUX.
This can maintain better sound quality and may allow the original Bluetooth phone function to remain available.
Wireless Apple CarPlay supports compatible iPhone models running iOS 10 or newer.
Wireless Android Auto requires a compatible phone running Android 11 or newer. Older supported Android phones use USB. Huawei compatibility may be limited or may require a wired connection.
The module retains the original Volvo parking display and provides inputs for additional camera equipment where required.
The video shows the installation process for an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto module in a compatible Volvo with the original 9-inch screen.
This module is designed for Volvo owners who want wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the original 9-inch portrait screen without changing the dashboard design.
The original touchscreen, vehicle menu, steering-wheel controls, parking camera and parking sensors remain available alongside the new smartphone interface.
Confirm the screen type and vehicle compatibility before ordering. Professional installation is recommended because the original multimedia unit and vehicle wiring must be accessed correctly.

Pigiau nebūtinai reiškia geriau. Ne visi CarPlay sprendimai yra vienodi.
Skirtumas atsiranda tada, kai svarbu ne tik kaina, bet ir patirtis,
profesionalus montavimas bei reali pagalba, kai jos prireikia.
