This is a stand alone device, working independently from original navigation with adapted steering wheel, voice and control knob controls. Switching between OEM system and Lexus Carplay Android Auto system takes 1 button longpress.
The module has the functionality to use your car’s original Bluetooth channel, this way maintaining good sound quality compared to the AUX audio channel. It is also possible to use your car’s original Bluetooth phone function via Apple Carplay / Android Auto.

Add wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a compatible Lexus while retaining the original navigation display, dashboard appearance and factory controller.
The retrofit module works independently from the original navigation system. Navigation, music, calls, messages and supported smartphone apps appear on the factory screen, and one long button press switches between the Lexus menu and the new interface.
Different Lexus models use different joystick, touchpad and rotary-controller connections. The vehicle model, year and controller type must all be selected correctly when ordering.
Keep the factory display, steering-wheel controls and original Lexus controller while adding wireless navigation, music, calls, messaging and voice assistance.
Connect a compatible phone wirelessly through Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth or use USB when a wired connection is preferred.
Apple CarPlay provides navigation, calls, messages, music and Siri voice control through the original Lexus display.

Apple Maps
Apple Maps brings turn-by-turn navigation to Apple CarPlay with destination search, traffic-aware routing and spoken guidance through Siri. Routes and directions are displayed on the original Lexus multimedia screen.
Google Maps
Google Maps for Apple CarPlay provides familiar route planning, live navigation and destination search from an iPhone. Drivers can follow directions on the Lexus screen and use voice commands to search without handling the phone.
Waze
Waze on Apple CarPlay combines navigation with community-reported traffic conditions, road hazards and route updates. It is useful for drivers who want real-time information while travelling through busy urban areas or longer routes.

Android Auto messaging functions can read compatible incoming messages aloud and help create replies by voice. This keeps communication available while reducing interaction with the phone screen.
WhatsApp
WhatsApp provides compatible voice calling and messaging features through Android Auto. Incoming messages can be read aloud, and replies can be created using Google voice control.
Telegram
Telegram can provide supported messaging functions through Android Auto, including spoken notifications and voice replies. Availability depends on the phone, app version and Android Auto support.
The package includes the Lexus CarPlay and Android Auto interface, video cables, vehicle-specific wiring harness, screen power cable, Wi‑Fi / Bluetooth antenna and USB-video cable.
The module uses the existing Lexus navigation display instead of replacing it with an aftermarket screen. The original dashboard layout and controller remain in place.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto appear directly on the factory screen, while the original Lexus menu can be reopened whenever vehicle settings or factory multimedia functions are needed.
The interface is controlled through the original joystick, touchpad or rotary controller, supported steering-wheel buttons and the connected phone.
Compatibility depends on the vehicle model, production period, original navigation screen and controller type. Select both the model and controller variation carefully.
Choose the product variation according to the physical controller in the centre console. Do not select the kit only by vehicle model and year.

The standard sound path uses the vehicle’s AUX source. Supported module versions can alternatively send CarPlay and Android Auto sound through the original Lexus Bluetooth audio channel when the function is available and configured correctly.
Select AUX in the original Lexus multimedia menu to hear music, navigation prompts, calls and notifications from the module.
If the module includes “Use car BT channel” and the Lexus supports original Bluetooth audio streaming, CarPlay and Android Auto sound can be routed through the vehicle Bluetooth channel.
With the Bluetooth-channel setup, the car’s original Bluetooth phone function can remain available while using CarPlay or Android Auto.
The Bluetooth option is for CarPlay and Android Auto audio. USB playback, HDMI, screen mirroring or built-in media functions may still require AUX with the BT-channel setting disabled.
