Compatibility depends on the original BMW multimedia system, not only the vehicle model or registration year. This version is intended for NBT EVO ID5 / ID6 systems with the compatible 6-pin LVDS connection.
The original BMW NBT EVO head unit and vehicle electronics remain installed. The new screen upgrades the factory display while continuing to work together with the original BMW multimedia system.
